The shortlist for the Eircom Spider Awards was released today and we are thrilled to say that we have been shortlisted for the 5th year in a row in the Best Web Design and Development category. It is a real testament to all of the hard work that the team have put in that we are in the reckoning again.
Four of our clients have also been shortlisted in a wide range of categories.
- Whoseview.ie - Following on from last year’s success Whoseview are shortlisted in the Listings category and also in the Community (People’s Choice) category.
- Wheretoeat.ie - One of our newer sites, Where to Eat is in the Travel, Tourism & Hospitality category
- Media Contact - fresh from the relaunch of their website Media Contact are straight into the shortlist as One to Watch. They have a cracking business and a great ethos and deserve to go far
- Children’s Sunshine Home - We have just redesigned their website and they are short listed in the Charitable & Non-Profit Organisations category. The Children’s Sunshine Home is one of the worthiest causes out there and if you do nothing else please check out their site and give them some support.
Congratulations to all our clients and we wish you the best of luck on the night!

We are delighted to say that we have just launched the newest version of the Children’s Sunshine Home website. The site is packed full of functionality - online shop, online donations, sponsorship pages - and lots of information about the organisation and what they are doing - events, news, how to get involved etc.
Earlier this year the Children’s Sunshine Home and Laura Lynn House joined forces to build Ireland’s first children’s hospice. The aim is to provide families and children with life limiting illnesses with support, care and friendship. Currently the Children’s Sunshine Home are in the middle of building this hospice and there is detailed information and pictures on the site.
We have really enjoyed working on this project with the team in the Children’s Sunshine Home. The work that the organisation does for sick kids and their families is incredible and I would encourage you to find out more about what they do and get involved if you can.
