Lightbox are looking to recruit a junior designer to join our growing team. Working with our creative and development teams you will be responsible for producing cutting edge designs for our clients. You will have a third level qualification in a creative discipline - such as Multimeda, Digital Design - and an existing portfolio of work online. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes design and who has a passion for all things digital.
The following creative and technical skills are essential for this role:
Very good knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator/Flash/Fireworks
Strong HTML/CSS/Javascript skills
Excellent understanding of SEO/usability/accessibility and implications for design on the web
Experience in online advertising/campaign/social media design e.g. Facebook pages, banner ads, micro sites etc
Strong information design skills with experience in Visio/Axure for wireframes/prototyping
Interpersonal skills
Excellent client facing and communications skills
Highly motivated and excellent attention to detail
Strong team player
Be able to handle fast paced and challenging environments

We are currently hiring a web developer to join the team. Working with our designers and other software developers you will be responsible for the technical output of our client projects.
We are looking for a motivated self starter with at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
An undergraduate or post graduate qualification in computer science or equivalent is essential.
