Lightbox are looking to recruit a junior designer to join our growing team. Working with our creative and development teams you will be responsible for producing cutting edge designs for our clients. You will have a third level qualification in a creative discipline – such as Multimeda, Digital Design – and an existing portfolio of work online. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes design and who has a passion for all things digital.

The following creative and technical skills are essential for this role:

• Very good knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator/Flash/Fireworks
• Strong HTML/CSS/Javascript skills
• Excellent understanding of SEO/usability/accessibility and implications for design on the web
• Experience in online advertising/campaign/social media design e.g. Facebook pages, banner ads, micro sites etc
• Strong information design skills with experience in Visio/Axure for wireframes/prototyping

Interpersonal skills

• Excellent client facing and communications skills
• Highly motivated and excellent attention to detail
• Strong team player
• Be able to handle fast paced and challenging environments
